With support of local communities, the Columbia Basin Trust and BC Housing, the LCAHS operates 55 units of affordable rental housing in Trail and Rossland and is in the process of developing additional units in Fruitvale.

At this time there are no vacancies at the following properties:

  • 1358 McQuarrie Street, Trail

  • 578 Binns Street, Trail

  • Columbia Park, Trail

  • 2061 First Ave., Rossland

We encourage you to submit an application for the housing listed above which will be kept on our waitlist for one year.  

Applications are now open for Rossland Yards housing.

Units available as of May 15, 2024:

  • Accessible 1 bedroom units

  • Regular 2 bedroom units
